7 Books that Will Change Your Approach to Creating Success as a Leader

If you’re anything like me, there are two things I hope you enjoy as much as I do. It’s reading new books and getting great tips on good books - e-books, paper books or audiobooks, I switch all the time.

Also I like recommending titles, sharing chapters and quotes from good books with my clients as I hope it will enlighten, inspire, sharpen their thinking or cause a moment of joy or relief or just create a good laugh (which in itself is a relief).

The list of books I’ve read on leadership and self-development is much longer, but since we are all pretty busy, I’ve narrowed the list to what I think are the most valuable and life-changing reads.

So here are some titles in the category: “Creating Success as a Leader”. Soon I’ll be sharing my list of books on “Enhancing Personal Leadership”.

Enjoy!

· Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts – Brené Brown

Brené Brown, writer, podcaster, most listened to TedEx speaker, but foremost a scientist, researcher of ‘Shame’ and excellent story-teller about her works with executive leadership teams on so-called ‘soft skills’ as a strategy for change in their organisations. Favourite quote:
